Our reward program
Myswim has several reward systems in place to say thank you for being part of our community. Whether you are encouraging people to join us or continuing to swim all year round, we believe in thanking our customers with discounts on your account.
Refer a friend
For every new family you refer who joins our swim school and pays for a full term of fees, your family receives a one-off credit of $47 (the value of two group lessons) applied to your account. There is no limit to how many families you can refer.
Loyalty program
Swim continuously for 1 year and receive 1% off your fees, 2% after 2 years and 3% after 3 years. Keep swimming and you also receive a free cap in your 4th year, free goggles in your 5th, one free private lesson in your 6th, and a $100 gift card in your 7th year and every year after that.
Sibling discount
First child pays full fees, the second child receives 5% off, and every child after that receives 10% off. Offered all year round.
Winter special
Offered in Term 2, though dates may change from year to year. Book an additional lesson every week for each child and receive 50% off the second lesson for that student for the specified period.
Summer promotion
Double the lessons, double the rewards. Book a second lesson per week in Term 1, 3 or 4 and receive 50% off the next Fast Track holiday program.
NSW Active Kids vouchers
We accept NSW Active and Creative Kids vouchers for school-enrolled children. Vouchers can be redeemed for any child who is enrolled in the program.
Terms and conditions
Refer a friend is only available for new families joining Myswim. If two people have referred you, only one family will receive the discount, and they must be currently enrolled in the program to receive it. The loyalty discount only applies to continuous enrolment. If you are unable to attend due to holidays, an injury or any other reason, see the office for your options so that continuous enrolment can be maintained. Full details are in our policies.
